Ideally, your blood sugar level should be between 70 and 99 mg / dL. If you find it higher, it may well be worthy you sounding out your doctor to see if s / he feels that you require further testing. Between 100 and 125 mg / dL MAY be indicative of pre - diabetes, and above 126 mg / dL on two or more occasions would indicate that you DO need to see your doctor.
